The Boys Wrestling team defeated Loyalsock 51-4 at the wrestling match during the winter pep rally.
Students and faculty cheered the teams on during the match, which took place at the end of the school day. Students showed support to friends and classmates by shaking the house from the stands. Special appearances included history teacher’s Mr. Miller as the sub referee and Mr. Heller serving on the judge panel.
”It felt amazing to entertain the school. Hearing everyone cheer for us was one of the highlights of my senior year,” said team member Malon Lee.
So far this year, this has been the school’s only pep rally; another pep rally is scheduled near the spring.
