Wednesday afternoon, the Millionaires squared off against the Shikallemy Braves baseball squad. The Millionaires secured the win with a score of 5-1 in seven innings.

Caleb Fausnaught took the mound for the Millionaires and did extremely well. In fact, he threw a no-hitter. “It was my first no-hitter since Little League. I had a good feeling going into the game, and my defense behind me did their jobs. It was a team effort, and without them, I don’t think I would’ve had the confidence to go out there and get the job done.”

Fausnaught recorded seven strikeouts and threw a total of seventy-eight pitches, fifty-eight of them for strikes. Fausnaught’s teammate Griffin Vollman commented on his performance, “I’ve played with Caleb for a long time and that is most definitely the best I’ve ever seen him throw. He looked unstoppable.”

The Millionaires will next take on the State College Little Lions, Saturday afternoon, on the Penn State Medlar Baseball Field at Lubrano Park.
